Daisy Stems are our modular bar setups designed for flexibility and style. Each Stem measures approximately 4 feet wide and can be booked individually or combined in pairs or trios to accommodate your event size and flow.
Ideal for cozy spaces, cocktail hours, and intimate gatherings, Daisy Stems offer the signature Drifting Daisy experience in a lighter, more versatile footprint, without sacrificing presentation or service.
Petals of a Daisy
Petals of a Daisy is our signature, custom-built bar featuring a clean white exterior, dark wood countertop, warm rattan lighting, and built-in Bluetooth speakers to effortlessly set the mood.
Designed for weddings, corporate events, and elevated celebrations, this statement bar delivers both style and seamless service.
The Daisy Grove
The Daisy Grove is our most immersive bar experience. A fully enclosed, climate-controlled space designed for comfort, connection, and celebration. Featuring inviting lounge seating, a turf patio, and integrated music and entertainment, this thoughtfully crafted bar creates a welcoming atmosphere year-round.

Blossom of the Night
The Blossom of the Night is a sleek, oversized bar designed for larger gatherings and evening events. Finished in a clean black exterior and just under 16 feet wide, this statement bar offers a modern, understated foundation that can be styled simply or elevated to match your event’s vision.
